Senior ArchiCAD Technician

We seek a full-time highly-proficient Senior ArchiCAD Technician to join our in-house team based in Cambridge. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with directors and dedicated project team in an inclusive studio environment. Skills Required:
We’re a client-focused architectural practice built on clear communication, collaboration, and strong design principles. We take the time to understand the people we design for, and we’re looking for someone who shares this approach.
• Qualified Architectural Technician with ArchiCAD BIM proficiency
• 8+ years industry experience, with strong NZ building code and regulation knowledge (NZBC, NZS3604)
• NZ practice experience essential with proven ability to deliver high-quality project documentation
• Passionate about high-performance and sustainable architecture
• Excellent time management and communication skills with innovative mindset
