We undertook the initial design of this project in 2018. This 700sqm family home, spanning over 3 levels had to tick many boxes in order to achieve our client’s brief. The river side site had to be heavily contoured to allow for three levels and to maximise the views of the Waikato River. The client showed keen interest in utilising many sustainable principles and materials which made this project a perfect partnership. We combined their love of classic architectural detailing brought up to date with modern touches, timeless materials and cutting edge technology.
